 Kristin Gwaltney was born and raised in Ashland City, Tennessee. Kristin became a Clarksvillian in 1991 when she began college at Austin Peay State University. Upon graduating from Austin Peay State University with a degree in Marketing & Sales, she went into the Nashville Film Industry Producing nationwide commercials as well as working on several public relation pieces and music videos. In 2001 Kristin permanently moved to Clarksville, Tennessee and decided to start her own business in Real Estate and put her marketing & sales skills to work in the local community. Tamara Fox has called Clarksville her home for over the past 7 years. After spending 8 years in and around the Nashville area, she met her husband, Lee, and has been in the area ever since.  Roy "Coach" E. Paul was born in Columbia, Tennessee. After living in Tarpon Springs, Florida and Butte Montana, he returned to Columbia where he graduated from high school. After graduation, Roy attended Middle Tennessee State University majoring in Computer Science. Roy served as the Director of Information Technology, for over 25 years, where he oversaw all development of new automated systems as well as daily operations of the Information Technology Department. After retiring from information technology, Roy decided to join his daughter, Kristin, in the local real estate community. With over 35 years in the community, vast technological expertise and his love for people, Roy is the perfect addition to our Real Estate Team of professionals. Roy and his wife, Charlene still reside in Ashland City where Roy is very active in basketball at Cheatham County High school doing the Public Address. He is also active in Girls’ AAU basketball and a member of the Executive Committee for the State of Tennessee. JoAnne Allen is a fourth generation Clarksville native and graduated from Northwest High and Austin Peay State University. Her 21 year old son, Michael, is a Junior at Purdue studying Aerospace Engineering and is in Air Force ROTC. He will serve in the Air Force upon graduating. She was an army wife and has lived in Enterprise, AL, Savannah and Atlanta, GA and most recently in Naples, FL. Nicole Korntved has been a Clarksville resident since 2005 after graduating with an Associates Degree in Professional Photography. She moved to Tennessee when she married her childhood sweetheart who then was stationed at Fort Campbell Army Post. Having left the military to become a permanent resident of Clarksville & to start a family, they now have a beautiful daughter and their lives have just begun. In 2008 she became a part of The Kristin Gwaltney Team as The Creative Director. Since 2005, Danielle Dorthalina has called Clarksville her home. After the destructive hurricane season the year prior, she and her family decided to move from Florida and relocate to Tennessee. She and her husband, Daniel, have been happily married for the last 10 years, and they have a beautiful 9 year old daughter named Hailie.
